Scope
This policy explains how Slatewake Runner accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
Google data accessed
Slatewake Runner may access Google Drive files and folders explicitly available to the dedicated Runner Google account, including task files, logs, status records, results and operational evidence.
Use of data
- Authenticate the dedicated Runner identity.
- Read approved tasks from the command bus.
- Write bounded results, status information and evidence.
- Verify the Runner remains within its intended access boundary.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and operational data are stored only as needed on operator-controlled systems. Technical controls are used to separate the Runner identity from broader owner credentials and to fail closed when required checks do not match expectations.
Sharing
Slatewake Runner does not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Google may process data as necessary to provide OAuth and Google Drive services.
Limited use
Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to the functionality described on this site and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Retention and control
Operational data is retained only as reasonably necessary for operation, integrity checking, audit evidence and recovery. Google access may be revoked by the operator at any time.
